Different Strokes

The past couple of days I've been inspired to try out some different brushes, just to mix things up a little bit. I got the idea from a workshop article in imagine fx by joe vriens where he drew this really cool monster in 1 hour. I just thought it'd be a nice exercise to try it out myself! unfortuunately I didnt have enough time to complete a proper background.. but I had fun, maybe next time.

First Post!

I've been meaning to start a blog for a while now and finally I've done it! Granted it's all basic at the moment but I'm hoping jazz it up as time goes by.

The main purpose of this blog is to help motivate me to draw more by giving me another convinient place to dump all my art crap such as; rough sketches, W.I.P and finished pieces. To start things off here are a couple of recent drawings of mine.





this one's based off an old character I designed years ago, just thought she needed an update.
